Fortress Lake’s crystal clear waters provide some of the best sight fishing opportunities in North America.  During the late summer fly fishers have numerous opportunities to go ‘one on one’ with Fortress Lake’s world renowned trophy brook trout.  The rush of casting to a sighted fish and watching as it turns to engulf you fly, often right at the boat, is nothing short of heart stopping.  It is an addiction that must be fed!
