Business Retreats & Corporate Appreciation  ~ Fortress Lake Retreat can be exclusively booked for groups of 8 to 13 guests. We offer corporations two concepts based on their appreciation of business relationships with other companies, company strategy, and for their staff that work diligently throughout the year. New for 2010! We offer charter flights from Calgary or Edmonton. We comfortably cut considerable travel time.  

2 night, 2- 1/2 day retreat package at our Fortress Lake Retreat. Guests arrive at the float plane base at 5pm on the first day and are flown to Fortress Lake for a light meal and cocktails. The second and third days , guests enjoy the ambience, setting, paddling, hiking, and fishing for large brook trout. The return flight is on day 3, mid - afternoon to allow return travel to Calgary, Edmonton, or other destinations.

4 Day Spend the previous night at the Post Hotel in Lake Louise or Jasper Park Lodge prior to enjoying the morning flight to Fortress. The next three evenings are spent at Fortress enjoying the canoeing, kayaking, hiking, trophy brook trout fishing, etc - flying out on the morning of day 4.

Learn To Fly Fish Retreat!
Join our team of experienced fly fishing instructors, guides, and hosts and have your company, your guests, learn to fly fish at this wonderful location! Spend the weekend away together and learn the art of fly fishing, how to fly fish for these large brook trout, and have fun!

These are suggestion that can be advanced to meet your scenario. Again, we do have the flexibility to fly from several different airports in Alberta to provide a direct connector flight for groups of 5 to reduce travel time. It is quite possible to fly from Calgary or Edmonton to Hinton, catch the float plane and be on site at Fortress Lake within 2.5 hours.
